Hey, I'm Vishal, a tech recruiter by profession and an entrepreneur from heart. Ever since my childhood (literally, I was 12 years old), I began recruiting people into my school sports team. Back then, I applied some innovative techniques to recruit people into my side. However, I didn't stop it there. I was the Chairman of the National Level Management fest and symposium during my post-graduation. I did recruit a couple of people into our core team. During this period, I fell in love with entrepreneurship, managing teams, and designing products. Although there were few pitfalls, it never stopped me from experimenting and trying new things. So, in the second year of MBA in 2013, when students are generally busy studying case studies and new subjects, I started participating in various national level management fest and did manage to win a couple of fest in Human Resources. I landed up with my first job at Google and worked on different aspects of talent mapping, tangent sourcing, and build innovative sourcing strategies. During my tenure at Google, I was exposed to 'Jagriti Yatra,' a nationwide social entrepreneurship journey; that's when the entrepreneurship spark ignited in me. I founded 'JIIV®" in 2015, and in less than 3 years, we served over 50 corporate clients from India, France, Australia, etc. In 2018, JIIV® won India's Top 30 emerging Micro, small and medium enterprises award for the brand outreach. In 2020, I decided to exit from a full-time role at JIIV® and take on the next challenge. Google, the most visited and most dependable website in the world. Give people the power to build products, bring the world closer together, and have fun while making history. In 2020, I joined as Tech recruiter, and we're moving fast, making an impact, and just getting started. I drive by hiring #AllTheGreatMinds. I take pride in providing the best candidate experience possible. I thrive in rapidly growing, innovative organisations, I'm passionate about technology and providing the best recruiting experience for candidates and my hiring manager. I love traveling the world, eating my way through the places I visit and experiencing local immersion. In my spare time, I'm searching for travel deals or playing with my lovely pet, LUCKY. Till now, I have delivered over 10 guest lectures and seminars on sustainable living and social entrepreneurship in top colleges.
