As a design leader with 20+ years of experience, I help organizations elevate product experiences, build strong design cultures, and drive business impact through user-centered innovation. I’ve led high-performing, multidisciplinary teams across geographies—shaping UX strategy for complex B2B/B2C ecosystems in SaaS, e-commerce, enterprise platforms, and mobile apps. My approach blends systems thinking with craft, ensuring every experience is thoughtful, scalable, and grounded in real user needs. Most recently, as an Experience Design Manager at Atlassian, I led strategic initiatives for Advocate Central and Partner Purchasing Center, working with cross-functional leaders to deliver cohesive, high-impact user journeys. I also spearheaded efforts to strengthen Atlassian’s design culture and talent brand in India through mentoring, workshops, and storytelling. Prior to that, I held design leadership roles at Walmart and Nissan, where I established UX Centers of Excellence, drove design-led transformation, and mentored growing teams. I’m currently on a career break (since March 2025), using this time to recharge, reflect, and explore what’s next.
