I am an experienced product manager capable of defining/overseeing product strategy, owning/executing product roadmaps and leading/scaling product teams. Most recently, I led a global team of product managers at Atlassian, for one of it's largest products called Jira Service Management (JSM) and my primary focus was to scale JSM's ITOps product/business. Prior to Atlassian, I led multiple product initiatives at Freshworks. I played a key role in scaling Freshservice (Freshworks' IT services & operations management suite) to a multi million $ ARR business. I led a 0 to 1 product launch called Freshrelease which was subsequently consolidated into the company's IT product offering. Prior to that, I headed Freshworks' flagship product Freshdesk focussing on scaling the product for Enterprises. I'm a cross functional leader capable of driving business outcomes for large strategic initiatives by working effectively across engineering/design/product marketing as well as several go-to-market functions such as marketing/sales/pre-sales/customer success. While the bulk of my experience involves scaling B2B SaaS products, I have led early stage consumer products and I also have been a product founder.   • 1. Played a key role in increasing monthly GMV from 20 Cr to 40 Cr
  • 2. Increased user level monthly conversion rate ( # txns / # unique users) from 0.9% to 1.9%
  • 3. Increased total addressable users from 12 Lakhs to 33 Lakhs
  • 4. Improved transacting users' monthly retention rate from 5% to 13%
