I have a background spanning 10+ years showing a proven ability in establishing long & short term strategies which led to developing an ADR Spread desk; which made 400% of target in its 1st year; following which the target increased by 200% for the coming years My other recent successes include - Traded Brazilian single stocks for 3 years; improving the desk by developing strategies to achieve higher market share & improve our base valuation. - Leading the European SSO team since 2017; developing a young team to make Optiver an equity power house in Europe. For the first time Optiver became #1 in market share across EU exchange in SSO. - Pushed to merge SSO teams in Amsterdam & leading the combined team in 2021 with a focus on making a scalable SSO business to trade globally with an edge in pricing & execution.
