During his tenure he launched India's fastest growing Neobank 'NiyoX' along with few other Fintech programs such as FREOSave, Groww, FD on GPay, Open amongst others, . He launched the 1st FASTag led truck parking terminal at Khalapur. He conceived 'Equitech', a Fintech Accelerator that saw participation from 125 Fintech startups and a stellar line-up of mentors.
  • He launched the new mobile banking for the bank during his tenure and carried out digital transformation across Asset products to embed new age tech along with traditional lending. He also oversaw the acquisitions, growth, partner management and product management. He developed digital CASA & FD riding on video KYC, digital lending and the Insurtech platforms.

  • Vaibhav joined the bank towards the end of 2014, he led the Bank's Banking Correspondent business and helped it scaled to 1 million+ agents. The primary products distributed were domestic remittance, AEPS & micro ATM driven Cash out and BBPS driven bill payments. He setup the industry's first dedicated Digital Banking Sales & Business team back in 2016. As a part of that he created custom digital solutions to cater to various customer segments such as startups, corporates, MNCs, co-operative banks and Government. His solutions were designed for B2C, B2B as well as B2B2C across all payment products such as UPI, Prepaid (cards, wallets), Transit, API banking, digital lending etc. and were rendered through mobile app.
  • During his 6 year tenure he was responsible for driving new business revenue for the bank on the digital banking side. He worked with many Fintechs during his tenure to see through their requirements and provide them with custom solutions meeting their requirements.

Due to the work done on the eShaki project, Glodyne was invited to launch Aadhaar and the first Aadhaar numbers were rolled out by their team.
