  • In addition to the tasks listed below, in 2011, I began taking a more prominent role in upgrading the IT infrastructure of the organization. Eventually, I transferred out of sales permanently to focus on upgrading the flow of the business processes as well as the local supply chain processes full-time.
  • Over the next 4 years I conceptualized, designed and developed an Android based application that automated stock replenishment and eliminated manual data-entry while simultaneously cataloging
  • the 7,000+ products into an E-catalog with updated inventory stock levels, retail pricing,
  • product cost, and customer specific sales data.
  • Simultaneously, I analyzed and re-engineered the back-end warehousing inventory process with complete integration into the company's ERP system. This allowed for optimized product location within the warehouse, a massive reduction in opportunity cost, faster turnaround between the company's multiple warehouses, and an overall increase in productivity. These changes allowed the company to increase its export orders being shipped out by more than 150% in the 2nd half of 2014.

  • I was also tasked with taking care of the retail stores to make sure they had sufficient stock, as well as the correct variety of stock. Along with guiding the individual store's product display strategies, I was also tasked with making sure in-store space was being utilized correctly.
  • Utilizing my background in IT, I also re-structured company-wide IT operations to increase mobile efficiency while simultaneously maintaining data integrity by using better vendors for e-mail, web-hosting, and security services.
