• Bij DAK heb ik gewerkt aan een nieuw online hypotheekportaal waar klanten gezamenlijk met hun adviseurs aan een hypotheekaanvraag werken.
• In verschillende co-creatie sessies, hebben we samen met DAK de customer journey in kaart gebracht en het concept neergezet. En uiteindelijk een werkend prototype gebouwd waarmee we het concept hebben getest met de eindgebruikers. In mijn functie was ik naast het faciliteren van de workshops verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp van het online portaal met als uitkomst een concreet MVP-ontwerp. DAK gaat in januari 2019 live.

• OPAL is a web application for financial advisors that facilitates all stages of the advisory process, from client intake and risk-profiling to online client reporting and proactive monitoring. OPAL focuses, especially on goal-based financial planning. A key feature of OPAL is the possibility to provide risk analysis based on 1000 economic calculations. The challenge of this assignment lies in finding a design solution that makes it possible for advisors to understand the complex 1000 economic calculations by zooming in on individual scenarios. With the new design, advisors and their customers become more aware of the risks.
