• Defined how new services should be designed, written, deployed and monitored. Created libraries, plugins, scripts, tools and documentation that provided scaffolding for a new micro service which is being used by more than 20 services running in production. It is now the default framework for creating a new service at Box.

• Designed system responsible for making customer data compliant under GDPR regulations. Designed and Implemented a generic framework that used large scale distributed computing to sanitize data stored in complex database systems.

• XMPP Server
• Worked on building an XMPP server for a messaging app “talk.to” which allowed users to sign in from multiple accounts like Google and Facebook simultaneously. Worked on server side chat framework to provide unified chat-contacts, history and an intuitive interface for all platforms which also supported custom features across multiple protocols. My work spanned across several key aspects of XMPP server including server responsiveness, availability and scalability.
