Bharat Khandelwal — Product Engineer
I'm an AI Engineer and Product Leader passionate about building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems at scale. Currently, I’m a Research Engineer at Resolve AI, where we’re building agentic AI to transform how engineering teams respond to production incidents — turning chaotic outages into intelligent, coordinated recovery. Before Resolve, I led ML strategies at WorldQuant as Vice President in Quant Macro Research — designing transformer-based models and time series forecasters that powered real-world decision-making under uncertainty. Earlier chapters include: Moveworks: Built BERT-based NLP pipelines that scaled enterprise search and cut config maintenance by 70%. Tower Research Capital: Led ML infra and strategy design for high-frequency trading systems. I earned my Master’s in CS from Stanford (AI Specialization, GPA 4.08), where I worked on NLP, RL, and robotics, and my B.Tech from IIT Bombay (CS Gold Medalist, AIR 5 in JEE Advanced). I’m especially excited about the next frontier: agentic AI systems that reason, plan, and act — improving how people work, collaborate, and make decisions in high-stakes environments. Let’s connect if you're building in this space or want to jam on where AI is going.
