• At Rippling, I designed and built the India CTC Configuration Portal, a critical resource for our Indian clientele, generating $1 million in revenue. I enhanced the platform to allow clients to manage diverse salary configurations for different employee groups, with automatic calculations for hiring and transitions.
• I led a company-wide initiative to comply with German ITSG standards, enabling seamless payroll services in Germany. I also guided a team of four engineers in developing the high-revenue Rippling EOR product, generating $300,000 in August across ten countries, including key markets like Germany, Brazil, Poland, and the Netherlands.
• Additionally, I architected an alert framework for streamlined audit creation and integration, and executed a proof of concept for automating country expansion, doubling the speed of onboarding new countries.

• Developed and enhanced the proprietary pricing engine, Tungsten. This involved two main components: payoff description and pricing infrastructure. The payoff description aimed to standardize trade representations across various pricing engines, ensuring a modular approach. Our team transitioned the pricing engine from a proprietary programming language to an open-source platform, utilizing Scala to eliminate dependencies on proprietary systems. I contributed significantly by enriching the payoff language and implementing models within our pricing engine to price trades. As a result, over 30% of FICC portfolio utilized this advanced pricing infrastructure, with further expansion underway.
