I'm a founding engineer who's spent 15+ years building a platform from scratch to serving 2,000+ automotive dealerships. I joined myKaarma as one of the first engineers in 2010 — while still an undergrad at IIT — and grew with the company from intern to Principal Architect. Along the way, I've been called the "technical cornerstone" and the go-to problem solver across the entire stack: iOS apps, ML models, distributed systems, production infrastructure, and everything in between. A few things I'm proud of: → Recently led the rollout of our Payments Surcharge product to 130 dealerships in 6 months (planned for a full year). Built a one-click deployment process that enabled bulk rollout of 40+ dealerships at once. This product is now a major profit driver. → Co-invented and patented (US 11,646,987) an adaptive message distribution system that intelligently routes customer communications while preventing duplicate outreach. Now used by 1,000+ dealerships. → Built the core Communications platform from the ground up. The "one number, one dealership" concept was my idea — customers interact with a single phone number, and we intelligently route messages to the right service advisor. → Introduced foundational technologies that enabled company scale: Docker (saving thousands in infrastructure costs), RabbitMQ (decoupling DMS ingestion), distributed locking (eliminating duplicate records), and JVM tuning (fixing production CPU/memory spikes). → Led AI/ML initiatives including training our own opt-out detection model and building an in-house transcription service for voice calls. → Built ServiceCart end-to-end: iOS app (sole developer), backend microservices, dealership frontend, and flexible workflow engine.
