• I have been part of CRS router L1/L2 team and have worked on below projects :
• 4x100GE LAN/OTN PLIM (CRS-X)
• It is a physical layer interface module which supports 4 ports supporting 100Ge traffic
• each and can enable LAN or OTN frames support individually on each port. The mode
• can be changes dynamically without affecting other port.
• Developed driver code for 100GE (CPAK) and 40GE (QSFP) optical interface module.
• It covers their initialization and dynamic rate control. Also added debug support for this
• device.
• Developed code for detecting and handling OTN alarms and errors and monitoing
• errors to notify enable and disable conditions of datapath. Controlling configurations of
• the framer device.
• 1x100GE and 4x40GE PLIM (CRS - Phase II)
• Developed code for fault monitoring and recovery mechanism of physical layer
• devices.
• Worked on debugging and solving bugs post development.
• Worked on integration testing of physical layer devices.
• Experience working with different Cross functional teams.
• Have worked on customer found bugs and escalations.

• It was a wonderful experience to work as a trainee at Mentor Graphics. I got to validate some Mentor Simulation Products by writing codes in VHDL. Besides this, working with professionals was fun.
