• Worked across the stack at the Control Plane and Firewall teams of Azure Cosmos DB to enhance customer security through building out granular access control, password-less authentication, IPv4/IPv6 firewalls, and data governance. • Worked with Azure Capacity Decommission team to build upon automation for scheduled maintenance of Azure hardware. Designed tooling to preemptively track and escalate workload migrations to reduce cycle times and operational burden, along with an automated analytics dashboard to track all ongoing and upcoming cluster decommissions.

• As a member of the Bing Knowledge Graph (Satori) team, created a Spark pipeline capable of identifying and generalizing query patterns across Bing searches. The goal was to increase coverage of Bing queries that can be served directly by the Knowledge graph, by leveraging ML and NLP techniques to semantically predict future searches given a domain. The pipeline produced > 100k normalized search queries across the Sports and Countries domain that could be served using facts from the Knowledge Graph.

• As part of the DevOps team, developed a generic framework using Go to power sidecar deployments across Indeed's internal app stack. Implemented a sidecar proxy that leveraged the above framework to provide easy access to LDAP and GZIP functionalities for all internal apps. Shipped it to production during the course of my internship, and it has been used across years for all Indeed internal apps.

• Designed a framework to test router-less network fabrics being developed by the Parallel Systems and Architecture (PARSA) Lab at EPFL. Under the hood, this used a network simulator (NS3) with an emulator (QEMU) to model network latencies in arbitrary topologies.
