About

I operate at the intersection of Learning Transformation, Talent & Technology. I get my highs from navigating change, overcoming challenges and making things happen. Words people use to describe me are: Connections, collaboration, energy, commitment & courage I have pivoted 4 times in my career. Started in sales in Xerox. Surprised myself several times by doing exceptionally well. Got to travel the world as reward of building profitable order book, exceeding my sales number. Then the urge to work in a big city landed me at GE. Where I worked with its Finance & Accounting business. Leading knowledge management & transitions, developing leadership programs, launching academies, setting up D&I practice. Honed my skills of different cultures & geographies. My beat was US, London, China, UAE, Europe (Hungary, Budapest, Poland), Mexico, Singapore & Australia During days of sub-prime crises made the bold move to work with Reliance Industries. Worked on large projects where I sharpened my skills wrt change & transformation at scale. Project management became my DNA. Learnt to work with ambiguity, straddle multiplicity of priorities, show latitude between detail orientation & execution to strategy & blue sky thinking Went onto work with a bank as its founding team & set up its learning, culture, capability, internal communication & leadership function Finally walking out of the corporate world at what some said was the peak of my career to take the gigantic leap into the world of entrepreneurship. Set up BIY: A culture, coaching & inclusion services firm Along the way, became a social media influencer, did 2 TEDx talks, wrote blogs for ET, got published by HBR, interviewed by BBC, appointed advisor for global edtech co & UN D&I emissary. Won global awards. Contracted to write a book: "How Leaders Build Personal Brand” 2 years of Covid forced me reassess life priorities. Triggered my decision to relocate to Australia I take pride in having: ►Architected L&D transformation for 3 large org's ►Built a community of 204 coaches ►Started business ground up. Won 53 clients. Profitable since year 1 ►Coached 300/+ leaders to navigate change, build EQ, become inspirational ►Become an expert on personal branding ►Designed >200 & Facilitated 700/+ leadership workshops ►Trained 500/+ professionals on culture, leadership & awareness as KPMG faculty Alongside followed my passions: ✨ Fitness : run marathons & training to go to Mt Everest Base Camp ✨ Sports : find it tough to tear myself away from TV on Cricket & FIFA game nights ✨ Gardening: learning how to grow roses
