Hiya – I’ve decided it’s time for a refresh. I’m recently divorced (from the corporate world), and it turns out freedom suits me. I’m Victoria. I’ve always been fascinated by people - their stories, their quirks, their quiet brilliance. I have an allergy to anything ‘normal’ and an instinctive need to break out of boxes (or better yet, burn them altogether). After 30 years in Pharma - where I loved the work and the people, but not the game - I’ve gone all-in on what used to be my side hustle: coaching. I now coach scientists across Pharma, Biotech, and Academia - plus anyone else brave enough to raise their self-awareness, own their brilliance, and flip the script on what leadership looks like. This work is intuitive, deep, and yes, a little rebellious. I’m trained in Positive Psychology coaching - but I don’t hide behind models or frameworks. We’ll lean into your strengths, hold your values close, and make space for the real you to take up space. Because you are enough - as you are. You might just need help remembering. That’s where I come in. Together, we exhale. We shake off the “shoulds.” We rewrite the stories that are keeping you small.
