• I specialize in building and scaling systems that drive global transformation. Currently, as a Software Engineering Manager at Amazon Smart Vehicles (ASV), I lead initiatives in two key domains:
• Finance Automation: Building scalable financial systems for ASV, including the recent launch of an e-invoicing compliant solution for B2B customers in India.
• Next-Generation Car Control: Enabling intuitive vehicle functions via Alexa to deliver smarter, more personalized automotive experiences.
• I began my Amazon journey with the Prime Membership team, where I established the payments team in India and launched multiple geo-specific payment methods across diverse regions. Later, I joined the Prime Video organization and led the channel membership program across multiple countries in the EU and South America, managing the entire membership lifecycle—upsell, subscription, refund, and cancellation—as well as financial operations including billing, accounting.
• My journey at Amazon also includes contributing to the innovative "Just Walk Out" technology. No checkout, no hassle. You grab what you need, and Amazon charges your account automatically. I led two key initiatives in the JWO organization: (1) developing a system for efficient camera selection to improve customers receipt accuracy, and (2) reducing video egress bandwidth from stores to lower costs and scale the technology.
