Experienced Machine Learning/Data Science leader with about two decades of experience in the field. I completed my Ph.D. in Statistics from University of Washington, Seattle. I am a recipient of Zellner award in 2010 for best PhD dissertation by American Statistical Association across United States. I have a passion for Statistics, Machine Learning & Analytics. I believe in a problem first approach which listens to what the data and the problem has to say as opposed to just using standard techniques. I enjoy teaching and mentoring scientists and data-science professionals.
