𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 Once an engineer, I found my true calling in coaching. Leaving a successful career in engineering, I embraced a new path as a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, certified PCC, ACC by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and NLP practioner. This journey has led me to a place of passion and purpose. My background in 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 across SEA, China, and India has given me a unique perspective on talent development. In my role at ZS, I've helped colleagues 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 through coaching and facilitation.
