  • Perform PTO Carryover and Purchase Hours buyout/pay-out from current year to next year
  • Add/Remove/Adjust PTO hours for Employees as per the requirement
  • Handle the Termination Process of Employees and adjust their outstanding Leave balance and last paycheck.
  • Maintain Legal Documents needed for FMLA, STD, LTD and Maternity Leave.
  • Validate the retro payment (Pay adjustment done in the next pay cycle)
  • Handle incoming calls for various queries on Payroll, Benefits and Leave & Attendance.
  • Working on Tickets raised by employees related to above mentioned categories.
  • 4. Also, worked on Neosuite application tool for maintaining records in the form of tickets of all queries raised by the employees.
