Validate the retro payment (Pay adjustment done in the next pay cycle)
Handle incoming calls for various queries on Payroll, Benefits and Leave & Attendance.
Working on Tickets raised by employees related to above mentioned categories.
4. Also, worked on Neosuite application tool for maintaining records in the form of tickets of all queries raised by the employees.
