• 2. Extending the HITL platform under AI initiatives to support AI agents as first-class participants, enabling the construction of hybrid agentic pipelines that combine deterministic business logic, human oversight, and autonomous AI behavior.
• 3. Developing a context-aware, personalized AI code review assistant that understands our internal frameworks and coding standards, helping engineers catch issues early and consistently improve code quality.
• 4. Building a high-precision PDF parser designed to extract structured information from complex, unstructured financial documents where accuracy is paramount.
• 5. Creating an agentic operations bot that automates routine engineering and support workflows—such as incident triaging, log retrieval, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over our product knowledge base, etc.—with minimal human intervention.

• Oversaw three engineering teams (~40 engineers), each focused on building large-scale foundational technology:
• 1. Job Scheduling & Workload Automation Team: Led development of a next-generation, decentralized, infinitely scalable system for automated job execution in high-throughput compute environments.
• 2. Workflow Orchestration Team: Delivered an innovative Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflow orchestrator that transforms manual, human-centric tasks into machine-understood, auditable processes.
