I am a leader in the BFSI sector, passionate about driving financial inclusion and building scalable, high-impact businesses. Over the past 22 years, I have led teams, built and expanded portfolios across lending and financial services in the MSME and Consumer domain A Chartered Accountant and Delhi University B.Com topper, I began my career in audit, taxation, and project finance before entering the BFSI with ICICI Bank for setting up their MSME business in Rajasthan which later got extended to Agri Lending and expanded across four states in North India. At IndusInd Bank, I led credit and risk underwriting for Supply Chain Finance and Trade Finance, followed by Clix Capital, where I transitioned to Product and Business leadership, managing an unsecured lending portfolio of ₹3,000 Cr+. Later, at Paytm, I led the cross-sell of financial services. Today, at Stashfin, I lead the lending vertical, driving innovation, strategic growth, and financial inclusion. I thrive on challenging targets, and pushing boundaries is what fuels me. At every organization, I have scaled businesses successfully, and building and growing businesses remains my core passion.
