• I led the Product team of super talented PMs who take care of the entire backend operations in Bigbasket. The work entailed the entire workflow that takes place beyond the user-flow on the website or app for placing order, and included procurement, warehouse operations, last-mile delivery of orders, perishable product forecasts, post-delivery support and all other associated small and big details.
• My team built the backend system behind full stack delivery, bb Now (quick delivery), bb instant (kiosk based order fulfillment), Fresho (offline stores) and other business models. This is being used by other Tata companies as well.
• I have been an integral part of bigbasket journey from small startup to $1B+ valuation to getting acquired by Tatas.

• Performed a thorough market-research about the current Indian health-care system and performed PoC for our idea.
• Interviewed the prospective patients through online and offline surveys and approached 40+ doctors for this.
• Got the website development done within the timeline with MVP features ready.
• Got 10+ doctors on-board with their profiles exhibited on our portal.
• Purpose: Ease the problems of patients in finding the best doctor and making appointment then after. Save the time and resource in doing this in traditional way.
• Operation: A unified online repository of doctors and hospitals where as a patient, if somebody comes, he/she can find detailed profiles of doctors and related suggestions and recommendations of their relatives and friends.
• Further he/she can make doctor appointment there itself.
