• Led a team of 27 engineers to manage OS deployment in Azure infrastructure, streamlining issue identification and enhancing system reliability. We were responsible for deploying OS bits on millions of devices on Azure backend hardware. I identified inefficiencies in the process, and architected solutions which would compress the deployment cycle by several days.
• Also Led a remote team of 10 software developers in creating an AI chatbot for DevOps/SRE engineers, designed to analyze terabytes of data daily, detecting hardware and OS issues within Azure infrastructure. The chatbot reduced average Time-To-Mitigate (TTM) for the DevOps tickets by about 25%.

• Pioneered the effort to create data driven culture in Windows org by developing tools to: (1) Measure readiness for releasing various Windows features, (2) Measure different aspects of those features after the release, and (3) Find bugs in different customer segments based analysis of petabytes of telemetry data.
• Developed a system to detect anomalies in data streams for Windows. The system analyzes terabytes of data on daily basis, and has found several issues in various Windows components based on telemetry data from the ecosystem.
• Worked on Windows Licensing Stack to transfer Windows License in order to keep the device activated in case the machine goes through a significant hardware change.

• I was responsible for building frameworks which verifies all Windows components can be serviced after the product release. Improved the efficiency of the system by 50% from 10+ hours to less than 5 hours by converting it to a distributed system. Found various bugs in Windows 7 Service Packs.
