• Responsibilities:
• 1. Lead 2 teams with 13 SDEs in developing resilient tier-1 service for vehicle inspections with 99.9% availability and performance/host: 180 RPS and 200 p99.9 latency.
• 2. Develop a platform service to proxy requests at 1k RPS scale to 35 tenant applications in AMZL portal with high availability, resilience, low latency and fault isolation.
• Deliverables:
• 1. Created Amazon's first vehicle inspection solution, an enterprise grade tier-1 product and mobile app, for drivers and auditors to inspect and report defects of 1M vehicles pre- and post-delivery, ensuring vehicle safety and blocking grounded vehicles from being operated.

• 1. Spearhead 5 projects from ground up developing architecture and solution pioneering in Native AWS, as well as guide teams in design, implementation, planning and execution.
• 2. Influence business and technology direction aligning teams and orgs toward simple, coherent designs, with constructive and quantitative data points.
• 3. Mentor engineers on engineering, operational excellence and leadership principles.
• Deliverables:
• 1. Created AMZL's first Fleet Inventory product with a suite of services leveraging 3P OEM integrations, providing insight into the available vehicle capacity of Amazon DSPs and processing over $XXM in monthly payments to DSPs.
• 2. Architected and guided design and development of an end-to-end driver scheduling solution, enabling drivers to view schedules and accept Voluntary Extra Time (VET) and Voluntary Time Off (VTO) offers in a mobile app, and achieved xx% rostering accuracy and consistency.
• 3. Developed VAS systems to process 1M transactions of $XXM daily from 3P OEM partners and record them into Amazon USL.
• 4. Built in-house notification platform to publish web notifications, messages and emails to DSPs based on their preferences.
