• Leader in Last Mile Technology Team owning engineering for Amazon Hub Lockers. In addition to owning tech for Amazon Hub Lockers, I also own tech for end to end customer experience (acquisition, retention & engagement) and partner experience (recruiting, onboarding & managing network) for space partners who host or attend to our products.
• Amazon Hub Locker is a secure, self-service kiosk where customers can pick up their Amazon packages when it's convenient for them. They offer a contact-less experience to customers, an ideal way to address the “new normal”. Through Amazon Hub Locker, we unlock and improve e-commerce for Amazon customers around the world for whom unattended doorstep delivery is not the preferred option. My role is to provide strategic leadership, build and manage a high performing team and evolve tech through cross functional team of 100+ people consisting of SDEs, SDETs, QAEs, SDMs, TPMs across Gurugram and Bengaluru in India.

• As part of Global Digital Video Supply Chain for Prime Video, led and built a multi-site cross functional team of 70+ engineers, managers and TPMs across Seattle and Los Angeles. I owned the storage and distribution of Global Catalog serving 200+ countries. Responsible for building a high fidelity pipeline for consuming upstream domain’s data like Metadata, Images, Assets and Rights & Offers, store data for optimized processing, cross domain data curation and distribution of millions of prime video titles to various prime video internal clients (like web, iOS, Android, Living room etc) as well external clients for integrating Prime Video Catalog in their offerings. Challenges include creating a highly available, low-latency fault-tolerant platform to serve catalog worldwide. Incubated teams for performing ML based deep checks to automatically flag defects in catalog (example: subtitles going out of sync) as well as enhance catalog by automatic identification of key points (like skip intro end points). Managed and publish hundreds of thousands of titles across 200+ international marketplaces.

• Hike is largest made in India Mobile Messaging platform with 70M+ users clocking 20B+ messages a month. • Hike's mission is to Bring India Online and my charter is to build a technology platform to enable the same. Responsible for:

• Worked as Senior Manager-Software Development with Amazon India Developer Centre. In my role, I was leading multiple teams owning different technology services and platform in Amazon World Wide Operations team.

• Worked as Senior Engineering Manager with Adobe Systems India Private Ltd. I was managing complete engineering (complete Dev and QE) of leading desktop and server products in technical communication space: Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe FrameMaker Server. These products are developed and owned completely from India: right from concept, development to business ownership of the same. As a leader in this domain for ~6 years, I gained good knowledge of Technical Authoring and Publishing space, trends that were changing the space itself and future direction in which Technical Authoring and Publishing was moving. I built in-depth information of XML based standards that are changing the space: whether it’s DITA, S1000D or enterprise specific customised XML based solutions.
• My main responsibilities included working with team to plan the strategy and define new releases, come up with innovative solutions, define the execution path and then manage the delivery of the product. I worked with various stakeholders to align in terms of ship cycle, schedules and milestones. Overall I was responsible for the engineering side of complete development cycle from planning to execution and delivering the product.
