  • 3. Benchmarked the recruitment process used by different companies while hiring for mid level and senior level management roles. This included the no. of rounds of interviews conducted, presence of bar raiser round, role played by HR etc.
  • 4. Benchmarked the various metrics used by the companies to check the efficiency of their recruitment process.
