As part of my job i work on Providing normalized APIs for different CA and third party service desk and CMDB products. The APIs which we develop can readily be consumed and can be used in different solutions which integrate different service desks and CMDBs. Hands on experience on JAVA/J2EE. Responsible for designing and implementing the APIs. Review Test scenarios and Test cases. Help testing team to automate the test cases. Performing code reviews with the team and suggesting the required design/code changes. Strong hold on Root Cause Analysis on the issues from customer and internal. Worked as scrum master for few months. Taken additional responsibility apart from the IC role as product owner and responsible for the story grooming and requirements gathering.
