About

I have been blessed to have a handful of key mentors and teachers (or angels, as they should be), who always pushed me beyond my comfort zone. ======================================== The journey of finding a solution using technology, either by building a novel tool or modifying existing tools developed by various amazing people - is what makes me tick. ◆ USECASE • Best can be extracted out of me in the fields of Research & Development, building monolithic/micro-services (from the ground up) developing CI/CD pipelines and MLOps deployments. • Experienced in building scalable, fault tolerant, and resilient systems. • Producing output with sheer quality and velocity. These are some of my applied competencies in various practical situations. ◆ TECHNOLOGIES • Programming Languages – Python, Java, Bash and more (polyglot) • Database – MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB • Big Data – Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, Hive • Machine Learning – Tensorflow, PyTorch, DVC, scikit-learn, Dask and more • Version Control Tools – GitHub, Gitlab • Build Tools – Jenkins, Gradle • Artifactory – Docker, JFrog • Cloud Computing – AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3), Heroku • Testing – UI (Protractor/Selenium framework) + Backend (TestNG framework) • Telemetry tools – CloudWatch, Sentry, Splunk, Datadog, Consul ◆ PUBLICATIONS • A machine learning platform to estimate anti-SARS-CoV-2 activities (https://doi.org/10.1038/s42256-021-00335-w) ◆ CORE BELIEFS • There has never been a better time to be alive - wherein knowledge/skill is literally free to acquire. Why not use these skills to build meaningful things, using technology. After all, the ability to translate a piece of code, bringing it to life and giving it a purpose - is possibly the closest to a superpower that anyone can have. • "When it comes to technology, the only constant is that nothing is constant." - A thought that I'm mindful of. • Teaching and helping others takes a person beyond limits. That feeling is a bliss, cannot be matched and is unparalleled. ======================================== Feel free to reach out at: srijanverma.work@gmail.com Blogger at: https://medium.com/@verma.srijan Check out my journey in resistance training: https://www.instagram.com/_srijanverma_/ Check out my latest music release (Pyaar Hai) down below -->
