• Currently leading the Content Pipeline initiative — focused on stabilizing existing systems and re‑imagining the next‑generation content pipeline that powers Target’s digital experiences. This work spans the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital assets (images, videos, size charts, and other rich media) for items on Target.com, ensuring reliability, scalability, and enhanced product experiences. The effort is deeply tied to content processing, enrichment, delivery, and quality—not merely infrastructure—driving tangible improvements to guest experience and item presentation at scale.
• Led the IMN decommission program, modernizing critical item capabilities such as Dynamic Assortment, Item Location Purge, and Presentation Attributes. The Item Location Purge initiative alone generated $130M in direct financial impact. Scaled the team from 2 to 12+ engineers, ensuring sustainable delivery and modernization of legacy components.
• Transitioned and established the Launchpad Item MDM system in India, starting as a one-person effort and scaling the team to 10+ engineers across backend and frontend. Successfully delivered foundational MDM capabilities, improving global item management.
• Improved process performance by 50% using optimization techniques such as Redis, ElasticSearch, distributed processing, and microservice architecture, resulting in faster response times and greater scalability.

The landscape for POL & SM spans across 27K Business Partners, 200K contacts across 75 countries.
• Increased availability of application to near 100% by adding fail over and disaster recovery systems.
• Increased performance of key processes by 50% by using Redis and Elastic Search distributed process, multi-threading, micro service architecture, removing redundant code, identify long processes and writing clean code.
• Design and develop highly available and resilient aggregator APIs using GraphQL and various Caching technologies like Netflix Hollow Caching, Redis, Hazelcast and ElasticSearch.
• Reduced overall cost of the system by decommissioning WebSphere servers and migrating to tomcat.
