I build and scale technology organizations. For over 25 years, my career has been a deliberate journey focused on mastering the art of taking teams from a handful of engineers to high-performing orgs of 300+, and products from an idea to a globally-scaled business. My journey so far has had three distinct acts: Act 1: The Craftsman. I spent my first decade becoming a master of the craft, architecting and delivering complex, mission-critical enterprise systems for global clients like Goldman Sachs while at companies like Infosys. It taught me how to build robust technology. Act 2: The Owner. I then spent ten years in the startup world as a founder / CTO. This is where I learned what it means to truly own a product and a business. I built everything from an 'Uber-for-trucks' platform to successful enterprise SaaS products, navigating the thrilling ambiguity of the "zero-to-one" journey. Act 3: The Scaler. Most recently, I've focused on applying these lessons at planetary scale. At Google, I led the team for a Merchant Credit at GPay, where we scaled the business from under $1 million to over $18 million in monthly disbursals. I also came full circle to build another foundational team from scratch, building a 50-person EngProd organization for YouTube in Bangalore. This unique combination of experiences has given me a playbook for growth that connects deep technical knowledge with business strategy and a founder's mindset.
