• Enhancing Indexed Document match(IDM) tool to match the Payload by Dual mode Indexing using Raw hash.
• Created a new Chrome Extension and enhanced it to Handle language based EUN html page popup in case of Multi-lingual transactions.

• Fixed the major issue of customers receiving corrupt emails by populating the proper Content type Headers.
• Added two Japanese IDs to the existing DLP Dictionaries.
• Worked on adding CASB related changes for the Gsuite Third Party apps to perform actions on the violation file by Microsoft Skywalker.
• Built a Chrome Extension for Customers Recieving 403 Forbiden Responses from Zscaler.
• Developed response headers to the end user Notification page to handle the user specific dynamic data to be shown in the chrome extension popup and notification
• Fixed major issues of popular websites not loading the forbidden response generated by Zscaler in turn not generating the popup.
• Developed on Smart Scan feature for DLP wherein the post requests are skipped for DLP processing based on the load at the given moment.

• Developed algorithms for detecting leakage of Thailand Identification Numbers, Malaysian National Id, Polish National IDs, and Indonesian Tax Identification Numbers
• Worked on Enhancement of DLP for Credit Card Numbers by Including various kinds of delimiters and normalized Numbers.
• Fixed issues in logging side for Slack and CRM apps in Cloud Access Security Broker(CASB)
• Added DLP policy Filename to DLP Incident Email Notifications. Following that, Took up the major task of adding Incident email Notifications for CASB.

• Worked on integrating Google tesseract Optical Image Recognition(OCR) to enhance Data leak Protection(DLP) for images.
• Worked on removing the multi-thread dependency on the tesseract to integrate to our existing Anti Virus Detection Module.
• Worked on adding algorithm to detect leakage of Indian Aadhar Card Numbers to the existing DLP dictionaries.
