• Main PM for all project related work happening across the whole of R4R ensuring timelines stayed on target, appropriate cross-functional partners were looped in, and providing guidance when teams hit roadblocks
• Maintained leadership accountability to achieve hiring targets through a regular cadence of live meetings and reported updates to executive-level stakeholders
• Collaborated to design and roll out “Structured Interviewing” across the recruiting organization to help mitigate bias during interviews by keeping the process fair and equitable

• Consistently exceeded quantitative and qualitative Recruiter goals in every half since starting in at Meta.
• Mentored, developed, and coached recruiters and sourcers on the R4R team while providing opportunistic feedback.
• Lead POD meetings with planned agendas to ensure we were making progress against all active positions while keeping pulse on areas of high priority and maintaining high quality in the way we delivered.
• Reported against progress in live weekly WOR meetings with VPs and their directs.
• Partnered closely with cross-functional partners to ensure we were implementing the most efficient processes to help accelerate hiring.
• Was part of first team to shift to a remote interview process pre-pandemic allowing us to easily shift without slowing any hiring once lockdowns were put into place.
• Led large scale candidate reviews with leaders from across all of Specialized Technology Recruiting Org, guiding conversation and eliminating any potential biases that might come up during the alignment process.
