I have been fortunate enough to learn my trade under extraordinary people: Industry leaders that include Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg, John Lassiter, Robert Zemeckis, and Ken Ralston. I learned my craft by working at the top animation studios in Hollywood. Disney, DreamWorks, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Amblimation, Universal and Rhythm & Hues. I have been in animation since 1987; in 1992, I worked in Acton, UK, for Steven Spielberg's Amblimation Studios, Parent Co. Universal Studios. I have worked in Live action Visual Effects and traditional 2D hand-drawn animation. I was part of the team that transitioned DreamWorks from hand-drawn animation to computer animation we see today, which gave me a unique perspective on re-creating a studio from the ground up. Over the past few years, I have mentored youths from the Boys and Girls Clubs and Kollab Youth Workforce Development Program.
