I am Anju, a founder, HR professional and recruiter with nearly a decade of experience, based in the UAE. I didn't start Hira because I read about a gap in the market. I started it because I lived it. The anxious candidate messages I couldn't get back to. Strong candidates rejected by a client on one glance at a resume. AI written CVs flooding pipelines and breaking every screening process we had built. The quiet frustration of losing a placement to another agency, knowing all the work I had done behind the scenes went completely unseen. Recruitment isn't broken because recruiters aren't trying hard enough. It's broken because the tools haven't kept up. So I built Hira. Not just another AI tool, but a new way of working.
