• After selling my company, 1K, to Cinram Inc. I managed the newly formed Cinram Digital Group. I lead four integrated service teams who worked with top clients in media, entertainment and tech:
• 1) Development - web and mobile applications
• 2) Design - user experience, product design, motion and animation
• 3) Content - videos, documentary, commercials and trailers
• 4) Media - video streaming, encoding, analytics and metadata
• I grew unit revenue 22% in it's first two years and helped Cinram's executive management position the company for subsequent acquisition by Najafi Companies (owners of SkyMall and Actissia Publishing) in 2013.

• I launched 1K (now a part of the Space 150 Group) with partner Jasyon Won and lead creative, business and technology teams for 12 years. I grew the company from start-up to 100+ employees and earned $70M+ in revenue during that time.
• I worked extensively with global entertainment companies to produce, market and deliver consumer products (Movies, TV Shows, Books, Music and Games) on various digital media platforms. I also worked with consumer-facing technology companies to improve user experience for a variety of software, hardware and applications.
• Clients included: Apple, Netflix, Disney, HBO, Warner Bros, EA, Fox, Microsoft, Penguin, Universal NBC, Sony, Panasonic, Viacom.

• Novocom was a leader in entertainment branding in the early 90's. The company pioneered the use of computer animation and digital post-prodction tools to create visually stunning on-air branding, motion graphics and promotional media for television networks around the world. I began at Novocom as an intern, then worked as a Creative Producer and later Executive Producer. I oversaw large-scale network rebranding projects for clients in the US, Europe and Asia.
