• RSVP Movies is helmed by Ronnie Screwvala, producer of critically & commercially acclaimed films like Rang De Basanti (India's entry to the Academy Awards in 2007), A Wednesday and The Lunch Box.
• They are aiming to raise the bar higher for the superhero genre not only in India but across the world, The Immortal Ashwatthama is a high-concept visual spectacle in the making.
• It is a huge step up for me as I take on the role of a Production Manager on a film of this scale and magnitude but I'm a firm believer in running towards challenges, accepting that with the difficulty comes great learning and immense satisfaction once we complete the job.
• This project was put on hold due to Covid 19

• A production house synonymous with the Indian Film Industry, Dharma Productions can be credited with not only some of India's biggest cult films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and My Name is Khan but also it's success in turning a page and promoting young writers and directors to produce films that are ground breaking for Indian cinema like Wake Up Sid and Kapoor & Sons among others.
• The experience was structurally very different from the International projects I had been on prior, teams are smaller, work goes beyond what the role usually requires and I soon found myself learning how to multitask and take up more responsibility while maintaining the same standard on all tasks. I was able to use the organisational skills I had picked up to make sure all the work was achieved at a high standard.
• I believe this project allowed me to push myself to learn and achieve more than I would have expected.
• I had the good fortune of working on location which taught me how to shoot and produce amidst the pandemic and I believe this has broadened my skillset in terms of working with new health and safety guidelines while ensuring efficiency, better organisation, coordination, and communication. I was also effective in facilitating visa & carnet papers for international stunt crew and their equipment.

• On behalf of the Indian Line Production I worked directly with the Supervising Line Producer (Angela Phillips) and the Executive Producer (Richard Sharkey).
• My work consisted of domestic travel, recce logistics and foreign crew Film Visa applications.
• I was directly liaising with the crew, to prepare and submit their visa applications at different embassies in over 15 different countries. I also assisted the Production Manager with international shipping and carnets for equipment and other materials.

• Yeh Ballet is a Netflix Original produced by Roy Kapur Films and directed by Sooni Taraporevala who is known for screenplays like The Namesake and Mississippi Masala. The project was based in Mumbai and shot very efficiently in a 40 day schedule.
• It was a huge learning on the importance of balance between scheduling and budgeting.

• Working in the event management industry set me up with a great foundation for organisational, communication and logistic work. Live events taught me how to work with strict deadlines and pressures. It was also instrumental in my learning of how to keep calm in a difficult scenario and troubleshoot issues before they were detrimental. I was very lucky to work with people senior to me that had great foresight and shared their concerns and methods of how to preempt problems that may arise.
