• Defined the capacity building plan for government officials from district level to state Chief Ministers across 35 States as part of the Capacity Building Management Cell under National eGovernance Programme for Ministry of Communications & IT.
• Conducted organization re-structuring exercise for Directorate of Income Tax, covering 750 locations, 12,000 IT users across India and 800 staff members of IT Department, thus improving customer service and eliminating process inefficiencies.
• Conducted an in-depth assessment of five-year IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture roadmap of Asian Development Bank in Philippines. Recommended strategies to address critical issues relating to staffing, processes, plan, progress and the way forward.
