For the past eight years at CaratLane, I’ve had the privilege of being part of and driving some of its most transformative initiatives. From building the Titan Eye Plus Omni business to taking CaratLane’s Try At Home from its last chance to a thriving sales channel, to conceiving, launching, and scaling CaratLane LIVE into a disruptive new-age business vertical—I’ve loved every part of the journey. Today, I lead the South India business, driving growth, expansion, and innovation in one of CaratLane’s most strategic markets. From Titan’s initial investment to full acquisition, from a Tanishq partnership to becoming a Tata product, it’s been an exhilarating ride of scaling and impact. Before CaratLane, I led the Internet (On-Demand) vertical at Naturals, India’s largest salon chain. As the first hire in this business, I built it from the ground up—leading strategy, business modeling, product development, operations, marketing, and team leadership—to shape Naturals’ digital-first future. Earlier, I was part of Uber’s India Launch Team, driving Tier-2 city expansions, partner acquisition, engagement, anti-fraud strategies, and strategic supply positioning. I also played a key role in launch marketing and PR, helping Uber establish a strong presence across new markets. Entrepreneurial at heart, I founded and ran Maestoso, a public speaking training organization that leveraged the internet to help high school and college students develop powerful communication skills—because great ideas deserve great storytellers. Some by choice and some by coincidence, each chapter of my journey has been about building, scaling, and leading businesses that make a difference. The story continues.
