• 4) Achieved operational metrics of NDD or Fulfillment % ( > 98% ), RTO ( < 2% ), RVP ( < 0.20% ) and losses ( < 0.01%).
• 5) Achieved inventory accuracy of 99.99% at fulfillment centers & maintained optimal inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
• 6) Led a team of over 400+ across cities with hierarchy consisting of City Managers, Facility Managers, Warehouse Managers, Hub Managers, Transport Manager, Process Analyst and Data Analyst and operations Executives.
• 7) Led a transport fleet size of 250+ vehicles & drivers (Vehicles including 1-2 toners to 20 toners).
• 8) Maintained optimal inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
