• Designed and developed decision tree module for the workflows and process which power flipkart website and customer platforms returns, cancellation, scheduled delivery process. This system is robust enough to handle flipkart websites load and at the same time flexible enough to use as a workflow manager for flipkart customer support members.
• Helpcentre:
• This is a content management system for all the faqs/troubleshooting for the self serve of flipkart website - http://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre . The entire system is built on elastic search and has reduced a lot of contact to customer support to flipkart and help improve customer satisfaction as well.
