Poovannan brings nearly 30 years of building successful global in-house Centres in India. During this period Poovannan had been handling different roles & responsibility including holding executive leadership positions in Intergraph, D. E. Shaw & ADP. Over 25 years of technology management – product and custom full life cycle application development, offshore software development, effective organisation and team building skills, strong process/project management skills coupled with an innate sense of organisation, delivery and accountability. Poovannan had opportunity to be part of two successful product developments, right from concept to commissioning. At ADP Wilco, Poovannan has been one of early members of UPM Team, ADP Wilco’s next generation transaction platform. Earlier at Intergraph, Poovannan was member of a core 12 member team that conceived and brought out the Industry’s first OLE compliant Windows based CAD engine – Jupiter Technology. For the last 20 years, right from Intergraph, D. E. Shaw and ADP India involved in setting up the processes for Global in-house Centres. This enabled all these organisations to undertake design, develop and support a diverse range of software products & services.
