• Hyperbotic Labs is building mobile multi-user experiences, for consumer and business scenarios in entertainment, instruction, education, and training.
• Shipped multiple versions of CrowdGame Trivially, a mobile platform technology demonstrator. Designed, implemented, and marketed multiple versions of an innovative multi-user game for iPad, with associated HTML5-based web experience for remote players and cloud services for content management (with automatic updates of content) and user rendezvous (to simplify the association between app and players). Based on user feedback, adopted “free to play” model, with in-app purchases for premium content and unique cloud-based “custom contest” feature. See crowd-game.com for more info.
• Also shipped CrowdGame Trivially Pro, an interactive question/answer experience designed to be easily customized (content, UI, appearance) by casual users. Designed in close collaboration with early adopters, it allowed educators, instructors, marketeers, and any other kind of users to easily create a unique and highly customized experience for their audiences. • DPE Platform Evangelism (PE) evangelizes the Microsoft platform to developers, designers, enthusiasts, and IT Pros, by creating awareness and buzz, changing perceptions, and enabling adoption, magnified via technical field personnel. Responsible for all aspects of PE business, including commitments and goal setting, budgets, hiring, calibration, etc.
• Key activities include: programmatic engagement of top 100’s-1000’s of early adopters (ISVs, enterprises, web sites, etc.) for each new wave of platform technologies, strategic engagement with key customers and partners, for product launch “evidence” and keynote participation, large events (PDC, Professional Developers Conference, and MIX, Microsoft’s new conference for designers, developers, and BDMs), and “The Evangelism Network”, five websites that broadly drive evangelism goals via community engagement: Channel 8 (students), Channel 9 (developers), Channel 10, (enthusiasts), TechNet Edge (for IT Pros), and MIX Online (web audience).

Co-lead for teams building a set of five scenario projects, culminating in videos and demos for 6/22/00 “Forum 2000” industry event at which “.NET” was formally launched. Awarded related patent.
• MSN Passport (now Windows Live ID): Participated in design and implementation of initial version of the MSN Passport on system, and Release Manager for Passport V1 “go live.” Managed V2 planning and guided major projects. Participated in the design and delivery of initial version of reliable and scalable database system. Lead PM for “Public Profiles” and Member Directory features for MSN. Awarded several patents.
• “Advanced Storage” project: Developed designs and features merging SQL and file database concepts for “JAWS,” a precursor to “WinFS.”
