Some of the major projects I worked on were implementation of a forecast model to predict crude oil prices, developing web-portal to display portfolio performance metrics, developing web-tool to index and search huge amount of commodity prices, volume and open interest data. Development was mostly done in python, perl with the use of libraries like pandas, phantomjs, selenium, mechanize, weasyprint as and when required. Constant interfacing with 'Financial Research' and traders provided a rich exposure to derivative, energy instruments and oil markets.
