• Joined Amazon as a Sr. TPM for Platform Service (Balance Tracking System / Monad). I was the sole TPM responsible to build the generic ledger solution that is now being used for Kindle Coins (across all marketplaces) and Loyalty Points program for Amazon.
• Delivered the mission critical project (FUSE) in less than 6 months’ time while interacting with various teams across the globe and was directly responsible for the delivery of over 40 developers.
• Joined the Amazon India Payments team and owned the Payments Charter for all Amazon India Payments initiatives. Delivered payment methods like EMI, Amex(first message based integration solution) etc for Amazon.in, Junglee.com and many others. Integrated with various payment processors like Bill Desk, DataCash, CitrusPay, QwikCilver etc.
• On any given time, I engage with around 40-50 stakeholders/partner teams (internal or external). For most of them, I manage the relationship / roadmap with them directly on behalf of all teams of Amazon India. In the absence of SDM, I have hired SDE’s and built the engineering team for India Payments. Also hired and built the team of TPMs for the same team. As of now, I am the Delivery Manager and PMO head for all India Payments teams’ initiatives across various programs of Amazon India.
