• Stored Value Platform
• I designed and built a platform to manage Airbnb credits, which gained popularity as an alternative refund method during the pandemic. This platform also supported various gamification strategies, leading to accelerated growth in China.
• Pay Less Upfront Experiment
• To address the issue of Airbnb guests with credits only being able to apply those credits to their initial payment, I developed a system that allowed for full credit utilization. This led to a 3.2% decrease in payment customer support tickets, and a 8% rise in credit spend value.

• Organized a company-wide hackathon and collaborated with leadership to secure funding for the top-voted team.
• Worked on services for Host Payouts, Gift Card management and participated in several refactoring projects to transition Airbnb from a monolithic architecture to microservices.
