I've spent 25 years running technology and transformation programs across banks, government, and infrastructure in Australia, the US, the UK, and India. The problems are usually the same shape: lots of teams, conflicting tools, and no single view of how work actually gets done. My strength is making that mess understandable and safe to run at scale. I map the real workflow, surface the risks, and design governance so senior leaders can move faster without governance or regulatory exposure catching them later. Over the past six months I've been applying that to AI — working with regulated teams to decide where AI genuinely helps, what guardrails and human checks they need, and how to prove it's under control in production.
