• implemented an upstream testing strategy for critical product telemetry; developed processes for data masking of sensitive data (including both customer and internal employee data) that allowed using the warehouse as a source of truth for business operations and shaved off month end close time to a matter of days.

• Brand development for new generation of the Samonas digital system. Led an integrated communication strategy to facilitate transition from legacy system, including evolving and supporting the existing customer base.
• Product development for new generation of the Samonas digital system. Built a new version of the product website, user interface and administrative back-end. Developed and deployed a new digital distribution method for the product on Windows and Mac platforms.
• Server and system administration. Upgraded and expanded front-end and back-end tools with new version of FileMaker. Set-up and maintained both Linux and Mac based servers. Built and deployed a company wide Asterix phone network.
