• Worked as a part of the Dynamics 365 team to develop products at scale, engage with customers and drive sales. Responsible for seeing the product delivery end-to-end and also address customer issues in production directly wherever applicable. The product boasts a total of 20,000 monthly active users.
• Front-end
• Re-designed the entire filter menu to accommodate metrics which gives more flexibility to the customers for customizing the workspace. As a bonus, the custom filters help reduce the page load time by 25%.
• Backend
• Added another cache in addition to the entity metadata cache already present which reduce the burden on server and helped load the pages faster.
• Added telemetry to specific modules which can be better captured and help in debugging
• Database
• As a part of a two-member team, replaced use of connections across entities with polymorphic relationships. This enabled faster access of data and massive improvement of read/write capabilities. For an organization(customer) having 19.6 million records, a total of 1.5 million records were deleted, which composed of connections. The read queriers were faster by 7.65%
• Design
• Worked on a new product related to Dynamics 365, which uses AI to show potential leads to customers.
• Created the design document which clearly outlines the overview, scope, non-goals, architecture and design trade-offs. Got the document signed-off by product managers and architects alike.

• Worked as a part of the Player and Developer Experience team which strives for seamless online experience for all players. Standalone(sole) resource for the development of a Software Development Kit (SDK) which is written in C++. The SDK ships to all games of EA Sports and captures information related to unfortunate (but precedented) events for all platforms (Android, PC, iOS, Xbox, PS4, Unix), creates an XML report and sends it to backend.
• ➢ Developed and exposed APIs to allow games to report additional events. This facilitates the game team to have deeper insight into the problem and come up with the solution faster than before.
• ➢ Developed new version of the report type which can carry additional information in a single report than before in a well-structured manner.
• ➢ Designed and wrote a tightly coupled C++ to JSON serializer which converts the aforementioned report version into a JSON structure owing to conditions laid out by the game.
• ➢ Designed and developed a custom queue data structure which facilitates queuing of events and allow users to override queue elements if required.
• ➢ Zero slippages for the feature delivery. No major deviation from the milestones scheduled for various tasks like SDK releases and backend deployments.
• ➢ Bumped up the SDK to add the new platform Google Stadia. The newer set of APIs should support and have features like mining the call stack, heap and module information for the Stadia platform.
