  • I was direct sourcing within Technology Consulting roles. Which include DevOps, Technical Architects, AWS, Data Centre Transformation, Cloud Architects, IT Project Managers and Performance Engineering.
  • Since 2012 the sourcing team I worked in and led we have had a total agency avoidance of over 4 million dollars. I had worked to increase our direct source hiring from 0% to 15% for consulting UK hires in 4 years.
  • Working in partnership with the Global Technology Recruitment team and putting together a sourcing training syllabus to help up skill the sourcing teams to achieve demand which was rolled out to our teams in Romania, Latvia, Mexico, Czech Republic, Ireland & Japan
  • Created See Accenture events which were organized 5 times per financial year which yielded 25 hires per event. This was a festival recruitment event and a great marketing tool with over 170 candidates attending each event to change the perception of Accenture amongst the external market. Which allowed us to hire 125-150 experienced Grads per year.
  • Accenture’s Sourcing Lead working with 5 Sourcers across Digital, Technology, Operations, Consulting and Strategy
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager and Director to suggest and implement our sourcing strategy. Lead Sourcing team meetings and train our Sourcing team and Interview Sourcer's.
