• Oversee loss prevention and audit operations across 230 retail sites of Karnataka and 3 digital DCs, supervising 10 area loss prevention officers. Analyze inventory movement and billing data to provide actionable insights, reduce vulnerabilities, and maintain shrink below targets. Implement proactive risk mitigation through root cause analysis of inventory losses and corrective action plans, ensuring no unrecovered cases. Engage with security agencies and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) for legal compliance and FIR filings, maintaining zero unrecovered cases. Utilize SAP proficiency to optimize audit processes and ensure high uptime for SLP systems. Demonstrate leadership, ethical standards, and communication skills to drive team performance and stakeholder collaboration. Conduct thorough and objective investigations of alleged violations of the organization’s code of ethics, policies, and procedures. Gather and analyses evidence, including documents, emails, and witness statements, to determine the facts surrounding the alleged violation. Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the investigation process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments, including HR, Legal, and Ethics, to ensure investigations are handled in a fair and objective manner. Prepare reports detailing the findings of each investigation. Ensure that all investigations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and that all evidence is collected and preserved in a manner consistent with legal requirements.
